Handling
When the products arrival in chaos or irregular order, they need to be handled by the various handling systems and turned into ordered product stream, and then come to next procedure.

Buffering System
The buffering system have a larger storage space for the products which are aligned and arranged.
Horizontal buffering system can be divided into LIFO (Last in first out) and FIFO (First in first out) two different systems. They scope a set of accumulating belt, and a multi-level conveying system which can lift up & down, that the temporary buffering capacity can be automatic adjusted via programming. They are usually applied for high output production line. They can automatically accept the products and feed products to single or multi sets of wrappers in the same time.
Due to above facts of the above two systems, they can tolerate that the packing line have serval short breakdowns without stopping upstream process line. The buffering system improves overall efficiency of the packaging line.

Distribution system
The Distribution systems is the ideal solution to distribute in rows products to downstream packaging machines.
The distribution system offers the opportunity to connect the upstream production line to downstream packaging line directly. It can automatically feed the products to single or multi sets of wrapping machine on line.
Usually fully automated packing line scope with distribution system, buffering system, feeding system and wrapping machines to ensure the efficiency of continuous running.

Horizontal Feeding System
Our technology on automatic feeding systems for bars, biscuits, wafers etc. have been proven for years. For fragile, stick, or chocolate enrobbed products,the highest level of feeding systems to be applied with product contact free design.
Each feeding belt scopes its' own transmission and synchronize control system to ensure the high efficiency. The Two-Way feeding system can speed up to 1200ppm for one lane.
Depends on the different production lines and products, we provide you various feeding systems eg. Inline feeder, Cross feeder(right angle), Cross feeder(other angle). Different detail designs to be applied to satisfy various requirements of different products and conditions.

Robot
The use of the Pick and Place Robot make it possible to realize carton forming, product loading&stacking, carton closing within a very limit space, thus to make the solution to be the ideal one for group packaging.
Thanks to the design concept, The Robot can be applied not only for primary packaging but also secondary packaging eg. family pack, cartoning, case packing.

Vertical Feeding System
From simple mechanical direct accumulative feeding system to the electronic controlled feeding system with pusher design, which count the number of products or to measure the length of the products group. These systems can separate or count the products group or products, to prepare for specific packaigng requirements of pile or slug.
